Brian Clark
Brian is a founding member and Managing Partner within Kensington International, Inc. Brian serves as Practice Leader for both the Chemical / Industrial / Infrastructure segments and as Functional Leader for the Firm’s Supply Chain Practice. Over the years, Brian has conducted numerous senior leadership search assignments across the Manufacturing, Consumer, Financial Services, Infrastructure and Industrial sectors and has completed these assignments for Private Equity-backed, Public, Private and Family-owned businesses.
Brian's work experience prior to executive search includes corporate treasury, marketing, sales and human resources management. This experience includes seven years with The First National Bank of Chicago where he served as Vice President and Manager of the Bank’s Global Industries Division. Before joining First Chicago, Brian worked for The Quaker Oats Company in several Human Resource positions including Director of its Corporate Division’s Training and Recruitment Organization.
Brian holds a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Personnel and Labor Relations from Indiana University, where he served as Student Body President. Brian is still active with the University today.

In addition to his responsibilities with Kensington International, Brian has served on several Boards including The Job Search Technology Network, Agilium Worldwide - Executive Search Network, The Distinguished Alumni Council – Indiana University’s O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and is currently the Board Chair of The Chicago Theological Seminary.
Brian and his wife Zada reside in Western Springs, Illinois and have two daughters – Rachel and Leslie. They enjoy music, travel, volunteer and philanthropic activities. Brian is an avid and active musician and sports enthusiast.
