Chris is a partner in NgenioUSA, exclusive U.S. distributors of the MPO software tool used by employers in more than 5 countries to help them with the selection and development of employees.  He was formerly President of Schrader and Associates, a full-service HR practice focused on helping businesses excel and grow.  Prior to starting his companies, he worked for several firms in the publishing industry for more than 25 years, holding executive leadership positions in Operations, Sales, Accounting and Human Resources.

 

He is also a lecturer at Indiana University where he teaches human resources management.  He serves on both the healthcare and labor law policy committees of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce in his capacity as Director – Government Affairs for HR Indiana SHRM

 

Chris holds a degree in Political Science from Indiana University and is certified a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute.
