Danielle helps companies improve their communities and increase their bottom lines. Danielle currently works for the global manufacturing company Cummins as a Global Diversity and Inclusion Leader. In her role, Danielle designs and implements the company's diversity and inclusion strategy for her 60,000 colleagues. She spends her time coaching and facilitating training sessions, engaging with partner organizations, analyzing data, and managing Cummins’ 150+ employee resource groups.

 

In her previous role, Danielle spent three years managing $12 million of annual charitable spending through the Cummins Foundation Community Development Grant program. Danielle managed grant making over 30 countries around the world. Before Cummins, Danielle worked for the national nonprofit KaBOOM! and the Indiana University Alumni Association. Danielle is a proud owner of a Master of Public Affairs and Bachelor of Science from the top-ranked School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University. Outside of the office, she teaches yoga and travels. Danielle loves volunteering with the United Way of Central Indiana, Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky and iGrad
