Steve Eller is chief human resource officer for Beacon Health System in South Bend, Indiana.  He also oversees the Risk Management and Performance Improvement departments for the health system.  Additionally,  Steve serves as adjunct faculty at Bethel University delivering business curriculum. 

 

Previously, he was the vice president of human resources for Robert Bosch LLC. Eller has also served in human resource roles for Honeywell, Aisin USA, and General Electric. 

 

Steve currently serves on the following boards; Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce, Indiana University Distinguished Alumni Council, IU Supply Chain & Global Management Academy, as well as a liaison for the Enfocus program in South Bend.  He frequently delivers guest lectures at IU on the Bloomington and South Bend campuses, as well as mentor students.

 

Previously he was president emeritus of the SPEA Alumni Association Board and an emeritus member of the Indiana University Alumni Association Executive Council.

 

Eller received a bachelor’s degree in personnel and labor relations from Indiana University and a MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University
